- 2 25g/1oz fresh salmon, cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 3 tbsp water
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 150g/5½oz Savoy cabbage, shredded
- Place the salmon, coriander and chives into a bowl and mix together gently.
- Heat the oil in a small pan and when hot add the salmon and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through and golden on all sides.
- For the Savoy cabbage salad, place the sesame seeds, garlic, water and lemon juice into a food processor and blend to a smooth dressing.
- Place the shredded Savoy cabbage into a large bowl and add the dressing, tossing well to coat.
- To serve, place the cabbage salad into the centre of a plate and top with the salmon pieces.
