- In blender, combine 1 container (5.3 oz) fat-free Greek yogurt with 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 cups rinsed and drained canned chickpeas, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley and blend until smooth. Serve with 4 cups cucumber spears and pita crisps.
