Herbed Chickpea Dip Recipe

  • 1 (5.3 ounce) container fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 cups rinsed and drained canned chickpeas
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 4 cups cucumber spears
  • Pita crisps
  1. In blender, combine 1 container (5.3 oz) fat-free Greek yogurt with 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 cups rinsed and drained canned chickpeas, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley and blend until smooth. Serve with 4 cups cucumber spears and pita crisps.
