Herb Crusted Sirloin with Cheddar Butter Recipe

  • 1 1/3 pounds beef loin top sirloin steak
  • 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ beef rub
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  1. Heat grill. Sprinkle rub evenly over both sides of steak, pressing in.
  2. Place steak on grill. Cover and cook steak over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare or to desired degree of doneness.
  3. Meanwhile, stir cheese, butter and mustard together. Cut steak into serving-size portions and top with a dollop of Cheddar butter.
