- 1 1/3 pounds beef loin top sirloin steak
- 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ beef rub
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Heat grill. Sprinkle rub evenly over both sides of steak, pressing in.
- Place steak on grill. Cover and cook steak over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare or to desired degree of doneness.
- Meanwhile, stir cheese, butter and mustard together. Cut steak into serving-size portions and top with a dollop of Cheddar butter.
