- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons crushed coriander seed
- 2 tablespoons crushed fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
- To use, rub the spice mixture on the fish fillets and cover with plastic wrap. Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours before cooking.
