Hearty Harvest Soup Recipe

  • 1/2 pound Italian pork sausage links, casings removed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic, undrained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 (9 ounce) package baby spinach leaves
  1. Brown sausage with onion in large saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to crumble sausage; drain.
  2. Add broth, undrained tomatoes and beans; mix well. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in spinach; cover saucepan with lid. Cook 5 minutes or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
