- 1 tablespoon Italian-style salad dressing
- 1 ounce deli ham
- 1 ounce deli turkey
- 1 slice reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup leaf spinach
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 thin slices onion
- 1 ounce bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon shredded radish
- 4 tablespoons shredded carrot
- Spread the dressing on one side of the roll. Pile on the ingredients anyway you like. Then attack.
