  • 1 torpedo roll, split
  • 1 tablespoon Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 ounce deli ham
  • 1 ounce deli turkey
  • 1 slice reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup leaf spinach
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 thin slices onion
  • 1 ounce bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon shredded radish
  • 4 tablespoons shredded carrot
  1. Spread the dressing on one side of the roll. Pile on the ingredients anyway you like. Then attack.
