Haystack Pie Recipe

  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping
  1. Prepare pudding as per package directions; stir in coconut accordingly. Put 1/2 of this mixture into prepared pie crust.
  2. Spread banana on top of pudding layer and then cover with remaining 1/2 of the pudding mixture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate to chill for 1 hour; top with whipped topping and serve.
