- 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
- 1/4 cup shredded 2% milk Colby Jack cheese
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- 4 thin slices low sodium deli ham
- 4 thin slices fresh pineapple or drained canned pineapple slices in juice
- 2 red onion slices
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
- Toast the bread slices. Top each hot bread slice with 1 tablespoon cheese.
- Divide the lettuce, ham, pineapple and onion between 2 bread slices. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon mustard and the remaining bread slices.
