1 1/2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce coffee liqueur
1 ounce heavy cream
1/2 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce banana liqueur
1 teaspoon Pernod
1 egg white
3 ounces cracked ice
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend for 15 seconds.
3. Pour into chilled highball glass.
4. Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple slice.
