Hash Recipe
- 8 ounces ground turkey
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups frozen nonfat hashbrown potatoes, thawed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a medium nonstick skillet, cook the turkey and onions (stirring occasionally) over medium heat for about five minutes or until the turkey is no longer pink and the onions are tender. Add the potatoes. Cook and stir for two to three minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
