Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe

  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen country-style hash-brown potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased baking dish. Cover.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hour. Uncover and place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to brown top.
