- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen country-style hash-brown potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased baking dish. Cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hour. Uncover and place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to brown top.
