- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices deli-style fat free ham
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
- Place the cheese on flat surface, placing two slices of ham onto each slice of cheese. Smear the ham with the mustard and mayo.
- Put a pinch of sprouts at the end of each and then roll up. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
