- 2 (6 ounce) halibut steaks
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash lemon pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayo, mustard, paprika, garlic, lemon extract, lemon pepper and salt. Blend well.
- Place halibut in lightly greased baking dish. Pour sauce on top of the halibut. Cover and bake for 20 minutes (or a bit longer if steaks are thicker than 1 inch).
