Halibut with Creamy Dijon Sauce Recipe

  • 2 (6 ounce) halibut steaks
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash lemon pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayo, mustard, paprika, garlic, lemon extract, lemon pepper and salt. Blend well.
  3. Place halibut in lightly greased baking dish. Pour sauce on top of the halibut. Cover and bake for 20 minutes (or a bit longer if steaks are thicker than 1 inch).
