Halibut Stir Fry Recipe
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil or olive oil
- 1 pound fresh halibut fillet
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic (finely diced)
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 (14 ounce) package stir fry vegetables (peppers, broccoli, onions)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Heat oil in a non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add halibut, onion, garlic, and ginger root. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until halibut almost flakes with a fork. Carefully stir in vegetables. Just before serving add lemon juice and soy sauce.
