Halibut Stir Fry Recipe

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil or olive oil
  • 1 pound fresh halibut fillet
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic (finely diced)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • 1 (14 ounce) package stir fry vegetables (peppers, broccoli, onions)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  1. Heat oil in a non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add halibut, onion, garlic, and ginger root. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until halibut almost flakes with a fork. Carefully stir in vegetables. Just before serving add lemon juice and soy sauce.
