- 2 guava, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup water
- 2 slices peeled honeydew
- 1 slice peeled papaya
- 1 slice peeled and seeded watermelon
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons palm sugar, melted
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Blend guava, water, honeydew, papaya, and watermelon in a blender until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add ice cubes and yogurt; blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Put 1 teaspoon palm sugar into each glass and top each with 1/2 of the smoothie and stir. Top each smoothie with 1/2 cup whipped cream.
