Guacamole and Tuna Pitas Recipe

  • 1 (9 ounce) can light tuna, drained and flaked
  • 3/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 2 (6 inch) whole-wheat pitas
  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly with a fork. Split the pita in half and fill each half with 1/4 cup of the mixture.
