Grilled Vegetables and Asiago Recipe

  • Sliced vegetables, such as zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, bell peppers (yellow, green, red), red onions
  • Culinary Circle™ Roasted Garlic Peppercorn Marinade & Cooking Sauce
  • Slices of Asiago cheese
  • Culinary Circle™ Entertainment Crackers
  1. Combine vegetables and marinade in a bowl. Toss to coat; set aside to marinate.
  2. Place vegetables on a medium hot grill. Cook to desired doneness, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove vegetables from grill and arrange on a platter with Asiago cheese and crackers.
  4. Assemble 1 cracker with a slice of cheese topped with assorted vegetables as an example and place on platter.
