Grilled Tuna with Wasabi Butter Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ Ahi tuna steaks, thawed
  • 1/3 cup Archer Farms™ peanut sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon prepared wasabi
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  1. Heat grill. Spread about half of peanut sauce over top and sides of tuna.
  2. Place tuna on grill, sauce side down, over medium heat. Spread top with remaining sauce. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until tuna is opaque and flakes with fork.
  3. Meanwhile, mix butter, wasabi and chives in small bowl. Spoon butter over cooked tuna.
