Grilled Tuna with Mango Salsa Recipe

  • 4 (8 ounce) portions of fresh tuna
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups medium diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup medium diced mango
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 small jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1/3 (12 fluid ounce) can Old Orchard® Apple Passion Mango juice concentrate
  1. Combine pineapple, mango, red onion, red pepper, garlic, jalapeno pepper, honey, cilantro, salt and Old Orchard Apple Passion Mango juice in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  2. Rub both sides of tuna with olive oil.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat.
  4. Place tuna steaks on grill for approximately 4 minutes per side depending on thickness until done.
  5. Serve tuna steaks with a generous portion of the tropical fruit salsa on top.
