- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Combine canola oil, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, garlic and pepper in a sealable plastic bag.
- Add chicken to bag and squeeze bag to coat chicken; seal bag.
- Let stand 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade.
- Grill over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
