- 2 beef tenderloin steaks
- 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ olive oil
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 3 tablespoons refrigerated pesto
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Heat grill. Rub steaks with oil; sprinkle with steak seasoning.
- Place steaks on grill over high heat. Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes for medium rare or to desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, combine pesto and tomato in small bowl.
- Remove to serving plate and cover with foil. Let rest 5 minutes. Top steaks with tomato relish. Sprinkle with cheese.
