- 1 1/2 pounds fresh sea scallops
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Tarragon Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Season-All® Seasoned Salt
- Preheat grill or broiler. Thread scallops onto skewers. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and brush over both sides of scallops.
- Grill or broil scallops, 10-15 minutes, brushing occasionally with remaining wine mixture.
