  • 4 red onions
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  1. Preheat grill. Peel onions and cut through the root end into quarters. Toss with oil. Grill, cut-side down, until well-browned and tender, about 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
