Grilled Corn in the Husk Recipe

  • 6 ears corn-on-the-cob (with husks)
  • 1/3 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
  • 2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper
  1. Peel husks back carefully and remove silk. In small bowl, combine Spread, Lawry's(R) Seasoned Salt and Lawry's(R) Seasoned Pepper. Evenly brush corn with seasoned spread. Smooth husks over corn and tie ends together with string. Grill corn, turning occasionally, 20 minutes or until tender.
