- 3 cups green leaf salad
- 1 cup Archer Farms™ mango peach salsa
- 1 cup frozen grilled chicken strips, thawed and chopped
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ Parmesan ranch croutons
- 4 (12 inch) spinach herb wraps
- Toss salad, salsa, chicken and croutons in medium bowl. Divide salad mixture among wraps.
- Fold one end of wrap up about 2 inches over filling, fold right and left sides over folded end, overlapping. Serve at once, adding additional salsa if you like.
