Grilled Chicken and Sausage Fusilli Recipe

  • 1 (20 ounce) package boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut in half
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ Mild Italian Sausage links, each link cut into pieces
  • 4 1/2 cups Archer Farms™ fusilli corti pasta
  • 1 (25.5 ounce) jar Archer Farms™ roasted red pepper pasta sauce
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
  1. Heat grill.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken and sausage in grill basket.
  3. Place basket on grill. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear and sausage is cooked thoroughly.
  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package. Heat pasta sauce in saucepan over medium heat. Drain pasta well and toss with sauce in large bowl; add chicken and sausage and toss again. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
