Grilled broccoli with chilli soy dressing Recipe

  • 85g/3oz Tenderstem broccoli, blanched and drained
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh chervil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  1. Heat a griddle pan until smoking, then drizzle the broccoli with the vegetable oil and add to the pan. Chargrill for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the broccoli is golden-brown all over.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl for the dressing.
  3. Place the chargrilled broccoli on a serving plate and drizzle over the dressing. Serve immediately.
