- 1 piece smoked salmon
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 handfuls radicchio, shredded
- lemon wedges, to serve
- Heat a grill pan over a high heat.
- Brush the smoked salmon with the oil and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred.
- Serve on top of the radicchio with lemon wedges.
