- 1 pork chop
- ½ apple, cored and chopped
- 25g/1oz cheddar cheese, grated
- 25g/1oz raisins
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Griddle the pork chop in a hot griddle pan for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the pan and leave to rest for five minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together the apple, cheese, raisins and parsley leaves.
- Cut the pork into slices and mix with the apple and cheese mixture.
- Dress with the vinegar, olive oil and sesame seeds and serve.
