- 1/2 cup applesauce
 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
 - 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
- Place applesauce, Dijon mustard, basil, red pepper flakes, cumin, salt, sour cream, parsley, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and cinnamon in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
