- 1 cup (2-inch) julienne-cut Braeburn apple
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons walnut oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- Combine salad greens and apple in a large bowl.
- Combine vinegar and next 5 ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle over salad; toss gently to coat.
