- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups sour cream
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
