- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 200g/7oz green beans, trimmed and par-boiled
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp peeled and grated root ginger
- ¼ tsp salt
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the mustard seeds.
- A few seconds later tip in the beans with the cumin and fry for 1 minute.
- Stir in the ginger and salt and sauté over a low heat for 5 minutes.
