Green Beans with Chives Recipe

  • 3 pounds thin green beans, trimmed
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  1. Cook green beans in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain. Transfer beans to large bowl. Toss with oil and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
