- 1 (7.6 ounce) package Gorton's® Grilled Fillets (any flavor)
- 1 pound fresh or frozen green beans
- 4 ounces cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 cup Balsamic Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- Cook a package of Grilled Fillets according to instructions on package.
- Blanch 1 pound of fresh green beans in water to desired crunch or cook frozen according to package directions.
- Slice red onion and fresh basil into thin strips. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
- Combine blanched green beans, red onion, basil, and cherry tomatoes in bowl. Toss to coat with dressing and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Place salad in bowl and top with cooked Grilled Fillets.
