- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoons feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- In food processor, add the lemon juice, water, feta cheese, garlic, oregano and a dash of salt and pepper each. Pulse a few times; scrape down the sides. With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil.
