Greek Vinaigrette Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  1. In food processor, add the lemon juice, water, feta cheese, garlic, oregano and a dash of salt and pepper each. Pulse a few times; scrape down the sides. With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil.
