Greek Slaw Recipe
- 1/2 small head cabbage
- 4 ounces Greek olives, pitted
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 3 ounces feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 pinch dill seed
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- Shredded cabbage finely. Slice Greek olives. Peel cucumber, cut in half, and slice. Cut the onion into slivers.
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, add the oregano, dill weed, dill seed, and vinegar. Let it sit for about five minutes so that the flavors can meld.
- Add the cabbage, olives, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. Toss together, cover and refrigerate for one hour. Serve
