- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 drops green food coloring (optional)
- 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup Keebler® Fudge Shoppe® Grasshopper® cookies (chopped)
- 1 Keebler® Ready Crust® Chocolate Pie Crust
- In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and food coloring, if desired. Beat until combined.
- Fold in whipped topping and cookies. Spread in crust.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
