Grant Yourself Immunity Salad Recipe

  • Dressing:
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced baby bok choy
  • 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 small sweet white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup broccoli sprouts
  • 1/4 cup wasabi peas
  1. In a small bowl, combine the ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. For best effect, mix dressing then microwave for 30 seconds and let cool.
  2. Toss remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
