Grandma Dees Apricot Ham Glaze Recipe

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey (such as Wild Turkey ®)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  1. Combine peaches and apricot jam in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir orange liqueur, bourbon, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice into the peach mixture; bring to a boil, stirring until flavors combine and glaze thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve warm.
