Gourmet Stuffed Shells Recipe

  • 1 (15 ounce) package Italian-style meatballs
  • 1 (14 ounce) package stuffed shells
  • 1 (12 ounce) package shredded cheese
  • Cooking spray
  1. Thaw shells in refrigerator overnight or in a microwave oven.
  2. Place thawed meatballs in food processor and pulse until meat is crumbled. Place shells into lightly greased baking dish. Evenly distribute meat into the tops of all shells.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on each shell and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
