- 4 (4 ounce) filets Waterfront BISTRO® Tilapia, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper for seasoning Tilapia
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- Pat Tilapia Filets dry, place onto entrée style dinner plate and season with pepper.
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger slices, green onions and cilantro, mix to incorporate and pour over top of Tilapia Filets.
- Wrap the entire preparation in plastic wrap, sealing tightly.
- Microwave for 4 minutes at high heat or until the fish is thoroughly cooked.
- Remove plastic wrap and enjoy.
