Ginger-Chili Dipping Sauce Recipe

  • 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili oil
  • Available at Asian markets and in the Asian foods section of some supermarkets.
  1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover; refrigerate.)
