- Ice cubes
- Splash of imported dry vermouth
- 2 1/2 ounces of gin, chilled
- Small strip of lemon zest or large 1 green olive
- Cocktail pitcher and stirrer
- 4-ounce glass, chilled
- Cocktail strainer
- Fill the pitcher with 6 to 8 cubes. Add the vermouth and gin and stir briskly.
- Strain the martini into the chilled glass and twist the lemon zest over the top of the liquor or add the olive.
- Serve and sip.
