- 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1/2- to 1/4-inch-thick wedges
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or more to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Fine Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Heat butter, olive oil, and garlic in a saucepan over low heat until butter is melted; stir in Diamond Crystal(R) Fine Sea Salt and pepper. Toss potatoes in butter mixture until evenly coated. Roast to desired doneness, 30 to 35 minutes.
