Garlic Roasted Potatoes Recipe

  • 2 pounds peeled baking potatoes
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine melted
  • 2 tablespoons Morton® Garlic Salt
  1. Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Combine potatoes and butter in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with Morton Garlic Salt. Toss to coat potatoes evenly.
  2. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for forty minutes, stirring occasionally.
