Garlic Oven Potatoes Recipe

  • 4 medium potatoes, quartered and sliced
  • 1 onion, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper
  1. In large Ziploc(R) Brand Bag, shake together all ingredients until evenly coated. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; spread potato mixture out on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven for 45 minutes, stirring after 30 minutes.
