- 4 large potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 pinch paprika
- Peel and cube the potatoes. Bring the potatoes to a rolling boil in a large saucepan. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes; add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.
