Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes Recipe

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch paprika
  1. Peel and cube the potatoes. Bring the potatoes to a rolling boil in a large saucepan. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes; add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.
