Garlic and Curry Bean Spread Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) can butter beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ chopped pecans, toasted
  1. Mash beans using fork in shallow bowl.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. When ready to serve, spread on crackers. A sprig of parsley topping each one has these looking good!
