- 1 (16 ounce) can butter beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ chopped pecans, toasted
- Mash beans using fork in shallow bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- When ready to serve, spread on crackers. A sprig of parsley topping each one has these looking good!
