Garden Market Colby Jack Quiche Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups sliced fresh vegetables (such as mushrooms, asparagus and green onions)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 (7 ounce) package Borden® Shred Medleys™ Garden Blend Shredded Cheese, seasoned according to package directions
  • 1 (9 inch) piecrust, prebaked
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. COOK vegetables in butter until tender.
  3. COMBINE eggs, milk and sour cream in bowl; whisk to blend.
  4. ADD seasoned cheese and vegetables; stir to blend.
  5. SPOON into pie crust, place quiche on baking sheet; bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden and custard is set.
